cayenne pepper
this seemed helpful to me. I read somewhere about how hilary clinton likes to eat chile peppers or hot foods. becuz supposedly the spicy foods helped increase enzyme production which therefore boost metabolism, and sometimes helped absorb the energy, vitamins, and minerals from the food you eat.
I drank some cayenne pepper mixed with water. i think it really helps if your sick, and i think it really helps me breathe better.
