I'm trying St. John's wort for Tourette syndrome/obsessive compulsive behaviour and on the bottle it says take one capsule three times daily, each capsule being 300mg. Do you think this 900mg per day would be too much?

Provisional diagnosis: Tourette's syndrome. Self diagnosed: GID. Suspected: auditory processing disorder, slight associative synesthesia.
Also: social, attention, organisation and time-management difficulties
