Stress
[F]Hi
Yes i totally agree i have had a very stressful three months, family problems. Usually my meds keep my tremor at bay but when i feel stressed my left arm starts to shake, have had to up my meds slightly, after talking to my pd nurse. The other thing is my sleep patterns change as well don't sleep too well as it is but now i am lucky if i get a couple of hours a night. Will my pd go back to how it was before the problems, once my stress levels drop?.[/FONT]
