Question theory wrong?

Well, I tried to do what I thought might have given me 2 days at pain level of 5... forepaly only with NO exertion. 2 days later I got the flare-up from hell.

So what was different?

When I had good results, there was a High Pressure system in my area. Last weekend, the same activity but a bad Low Pressure system moved in. I popped a migraine that NONE of my meds would touch. Luckily I didn't throw up my meds... but a 10 on the pain scale.

So weather may or may not play a role. I will continue to 'scientifically' test my theory that core stimulation may help nerves re-knit themselves, or find new pathways where the old ones have been dammaged or strangled by scar tissue.

This weekend we have a Hi Pressure coming, I'll try again to see if I can duplicate my good days.

Victoria, how was your vacation?

Anne
