I'm Rosco and I have just signed up after reading and using quite a bit of the info here so I thouhg it was time I got involved.

Thanks for all the great info here. It is so helpful. My wife is gluten intolerant and we eat mainly gluten free. We have 2 boys aged 7 and 6 and we think they may have some intolerance as well. Jackie's has four celiac uncles so it is in the family.
