While mother fished, the two young dolphins stayed put where instructed - just playing away. Having fun while mom went food gathering. He was quite touched and just quietly watched these gentle creatures.

We all need to get outside more.

Reading this gave me as much pleasure as watching the foal and her mum, I have never seen dolphins live so it was tuly amazing to read this story.
so many of us possibly can't physically do much, I know that I can't but I try to remember that there are still so-called simple pleasures to enjoy, free as well.
Those roses, I love the smell and watching them grow, but have now found it hard to bend over to look after them from the wheelchair but ...the problem was overcome, minature standard roses in tubs on the patio, so I can still enjoy beauty and scent. and those horses well they supply the most wonderful manure LOL's
Sometimes I have found that just by sitting relaxing watching the birds or trees or horses my body can relax in a natural way, soothed by nature..
