I used to think things like that couldn't happen in "nice" neighborhoods or areas where gun ownership was low. With all of the school shootings....like they happen more in areas where people are hunters or gun owners, which is not as common here in the northeast. But, in the last few years there has been a gun/hostage situation where I went to college and a thwarted Columbine like attack at our local high school. It seems like no place is safe nowadays. There are just too many sick, disturbed, or angry people out there. Sad that so many people can't or won't get the mental health help that could possibly prevent some of these attacks. I hate that there is still such a stigma regarding depression and other psychiatric problems that makes it hard for people to get help before there is a crisis.

My prayers for that poor intake man
