I won't be eating the popcorn, hubby wanted the popper so I got it for him, the juicer is for both of us. I just can't wait to see how well it works. LOL!

I would guess 7 oz is around four or five carrots, because that is what the base I have seen on the net on recipes for basic juices. And I would guess that 7 oz of celery is about three or four stalks of celery. Thanks for the recipes! I am going to go to the library and get the Juiceman's juicing book, the only one they have...LOL!
