Hi, There are a couple of things you need to know about Mestinon. One is Too Much Mestinon can cause your symptoms to worsen. I had terrible diarrhea with Mestinon, and had to be put on Welchol to help control it. And it had made a tremendous difference. Mestinon has lactose in it for a filler, and I'm lactose intolerant, so I was really having a problem ( I'm mean if I could have had a toilet strapped to my behinder, I would have..lol)

Make sure you tell your neuro that you're having problems with the mestinon causing you some problems. Also some people have their tummy problems go away...I did no..

Also, it's important to remember the reason why we have some days that are more severe than others is it all depends on the muscles we may or may not be using at the time.

For example, I have a saying.."NO Good day goes unpunished" If I'm feeling good today, I tend to do as much as I can, and then tomorrow and the next, I'm having extreme exhuastion.
Love Lizzie
