I posted this this a while back still desparately searching. I have seen all the recommendations but little success, just hoping maybe someone in my area has emerged.I am now on medicaid which is a bad situation, anyone been in a similar situation, seems you have to find a doctor in the state you reside in, would be great if I lived in Denver.
