comfy loose clothes and exercise style bras only for moi

I had a painful cyst some years back and switched from regular bras on advice of my doc. also do everything possible to be as unrestricted as possible in the heat and humidity of the swamp down here as I know I feel the effect if I dont!

i find that article very interesting Kathy. thanks for posting it.
