I don't know if it's just coincidence or from the Lyrica, but it seems like I am really starting to pack on the pounds. I haven't been eating any differently since last fall before my foot surgery.

Anyone else have probs with weight gain while on Lyrica? I'm taking 500mg per day......

Or could it just be from inactivity since I can't be up and around on my feet alot?

I've gotta do something. I've gone up two pant sizes in the past year.

Any suggestions how to get a good workout when you can't walk, jog, run, hop or squat because of an RSD foot?
