Lightbulb taurine is used...

for some movement disorders. It is also useful for Tourette's which involves tics.

It also improves bile flow, and is useful in people with Type II diabetes, and insulin resistance.

Low taurine in PD patients:

Taurine is rather benign. If it works for you...that's great.

This is a pretty good monograph...and shows the brand I prefer myself:

I do not work for Jarrow or any website... I do however find Jarrow very high quality, affordable and
easy to find. I use a major website iherb.com to purchase things for our home. (I find that much less
expensive than local stores which can be 100% or more expensive. I have talked to Jarrow on the phone
even in the past. They are very helpful. Other good companies are NOW, Country Life, Puritan, Dr.'s Best, for
example. All are excellent quality and priced affordably...but I don't know which have Taurine. You'd have to
do that research yourself.
