Thanks for bringing this up Zucchiniflower.
I've known for some time now that Permax aka Pergolide can cause valvulopathy.
I took it for approximately six yrs and it was stopped for other reasons but I became aware of this complication and so had an echocardiogram.
Was unaware till now that other agonists have been known to cause same.
