I was on Lyrica for 5 days and gained 5 lbs. I was warned about it ahead of time so I stopped it at that and went back to my pain med. this was for nerve pain b/c of a disc problem, before I had the surgery to correct it.

If you google Lyrica + weight + gain you should find others with the same issue.
