that stretches you out like in mid-evil times LOL! Its suppose to help with compressed discs and bulges...to help them return to their normal places. It is mostly used for Athletes...but has caught on with the average citizen the past few years. Some get relief I hear...but in all the forums I've been to, most feel the way I do about it. It makes many worse and insurance seldom covers it. For me Insurance paid 25%...and I found out after the fact and paid $3000 for something that made me worse
