Using taurine this way looks very expensive to me.
And I suspect most of it stays in the skin area.

Taurine is so easily absorbed orally, I don't see any real reason to use
a more expensive method...unless someone cannot swallow, etc.

I see 100 caps of Taurine by NOW for $3.90. 500mg each. at iherb.com
