You'll probably get more replies if you post on the TN Forum or on the Medications Forum.

I have MS and take Provigil for fatigue. It seems to work well for me. Ask your PCP or Neuro what options you have. Sometimes something as simple as taking vitamin B-12 or a B Complex vitamin will help. You'll need to check with your doctor, though, to make sure it doesn't interact adversely with anything else you might be taking.
