The balance exercises are hilarious. I had no idea we had so many different muscles in there helping to keep us upright! I felt every single one of them after Monday's session! Wednesday - I refused to put my foot down (I'm on one leg and she's throwing a ball from different places and I have to catch it and throw back - I would have fallen over before I put that foot down to balance! I hurt mine walking down stairs. I accidentally skipped the last two steps and landed squarely at the bottom, then twist ... Scream, and I dropped to the steps holding my ankle and trying to breathe. I swear I sat there 10 minutes.

I'm glad you are able to laugh at yourself. I find just the concept of balancing so beyond my ability sometimes. I wonder what I'll be doing?
