hi rissa, what a pretty and different name you have.
depression is a SE of taking interferons.
it's wise of you to recognize it and to monitor it in yourself.
please keep your dr appraised of any con't sx's so he can monitor your condition.
i remember how shocked i was when i heard the dx of MS. and i was expecting it. i was very emotional for a few wks. that's also normal.
please keep us posted on how you are doing.
