So my house went on the market sometime Monday or Tuesday. Had my first two visits tonight....I had a cow yesterday when I saw my online show and listing. HATED IT!!!! It was fixed last night and it looks like I may very well get two offers. This is the weirdest thing ever. I thought we were in a housing slump???? Apparently one person wouldn't leave my house, and the next one called 10 min after viewing to talk to my agent about making a full price/no closing cost offer.

That means all the hard labor I put in over the last 2 months was so worth it. Please keep some fingers crossed. We don't want to actually move until August, so that will play into it.
