1) Read the tysabri sticky at the top of the forum, there's a ton of information from current Tysabri users. It's a monoclonal antibody. Not an interferon or a glatimer acetate.

A quick run through the prescribing information showed no indication of a low WBC. But, that doesn't mean it hasn't happened.
