I don't usually eat white bread unless I'm out. But I'm trying to find
something healthy for home, and the grain ones you mentioned are
good.
I have done pretty good today.
I had a breakfast cookie and hot tea at 6:30 am, sorry had to
go early for a meeting and it was a nutritional breakfast cookie thing.
Then had real breakfast of egg and fruit and yogurt at 9:00am.
Then for lunch I had spaghetti and meat sauce, and one bread stick.
And a garden salad, and french dressing. Croutons.
And I've had a rice cakes today for snack off and on, not more than
40 calories worth. I started the bag it was a small one last night,
and finished it today on the road.
My dinner is 2 bowls of bran flakes, and a strawberry and banana yogurt
smoothie.
My intake of drink is:
Diet coke, hot tea, cold tea, water, water, water
