Hi M,
Thanks for sharing your info. I found it very interesting. One thing you might want to do is go to a gym and work out to help calm your brain down. I've found that if I workout in the morning before work and run a mile on the treadmill I'm having fewer sz. than usual, I'm more relaxed, and I'm much more calm. If I may ask did your neuro order a wada test to be done? This is how they were able to find out that my sz. were caused by trauma when my mother was still carrying me in her 4th month of pregnancy and then my Grandfather passed away. The trauma that she went through affected me when she was carrying me causing to many brain cells to go on the RTL of my brain which in turn caused a scar which caused the sz. Take my word a wada test can show a lot of detail about E. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!
