Heart

the sugar is like a drug donna. your body is addicted to it.

it takes time for your body to regulate. it is so used to having the sugar highs.

you are doing much better than you were. it's a process.

lowering the diet coke also cuts your caffiene intake. another thing your body is addicted to.

beleive me donna...you are not the first one to crave and feel the need for these. i have been there. right there. i worked 12 -16 hours a day. had to be up up up and perky and motivating to work and own a health club. i ate skittles and drank diet coke. i will say i was skinny, but that was from being on the go, exercising, training and teaching classes all day.

it was hard to get off of them. it also wrecked my metobolism. i have weight to lose now, because of the choices then.

so awesome job on 2 diet cokes donna!!! try and do that tomorrow too. i know you can do it.

a better fruit..cantalope. sweet...but less sugar. or eat an apple including the peel.

the yuck feeling...your body is detoxing. just do what you can. toss half the bun away. never biggy size.

we don't mean to be harsh. we just care so much.

i need togo to bed..but i;ll look for some recipes tomorrow.
