I am now about 15 months into a TBI that broke my neck in 2 places, had tremendous impact on my frontal lobe, and has caused horrific Chronic 24X7 pain.

Can someone PLEASE recommend what anti-depression medication you have had great results from. I am on 25 mg of Zoloft which was just upped to 50mg. I have felt horrible on this crap!! My other alternative was Remeron which will also help me sleep (I take Ambien now)

I cry like a 5 year old and life, very often, generally very hard to cope with us. Life basically sucks when you spend the days fighting agony.

I'd be SO GRATEFUL for your input.
