Post drug interactions:

Here is the result of a search I did for Depakote + INH:
Quote:
You searched for interactions between the following drugs:

* Depakote
* Isoniazid

Start Over with a New List of Drugs

(Note: Not all drug interactions are known or reported in the literature, and new drug interactions are continually being reported. This information is provided only for your education and for you to discuss with your personal healthcare provider. )

ISONIAZID may interact with DIVALPROEX SODIUM (in Depakote)

Isoniazid may block the breakdown of valproic acid by the liver. If this happens, blood levels of valproic acid could be increased and this could cause intolerable or otherwise undesirable side effects. Potential side effects with valproic acid include drowsiness, nausea and vomiting, liver damage, and loss of seizure control. If these drugs are taken together, you may be examined to make sure that your liver is functioning properly. Your doctor may also want to closely monitor your blood levels of valproic acid and adjust your therapy if needed. Discuss this potential interaction with your healthcare provider at your next appointment, or sooner if you think you are having problems.

This interaction is poorly documented and is considered moderate in severity.

There were no published "hits" on Depakote + Naproxen

This is a very good drug to drug checker:
http://www.drugdigest.org/DD/Interac...,4109,,00.html

Neurotin clearance does depend on good kidney functions. And chronic use of NSAIDs can affect the kidney, negatively.
This is a really complete very useful discussion of NSAIDs and their actions:
http://arthritis.about.com/cs/nsaids...tsofnsaids.htm
So while there are no "papers" on the interactions with Depakote, there are physiological effects when those drugs are combined. And same for Neurontin.
