Thanks, ((((((Renee))))))

I've had the fibro for so long that I've pretty much learned how to live/function with it. The Effexor XR turned out to be "perfect" for getting it under control.

Now that my new doctor has messed with my dosages, I've started not sleeping well and sleeping weird hours -- kicks it all back up again.

BUT, I have learned that next to the Effexor XR, the **SLEEP** is the most important other factor in keeping it under control.

I just woke up from a 3 hour nap -- who the heck sleeps from 5PM to 8PM -- like I said "weird"

I understand the divorce too. It's such a shame and a waste, isn't it. I wish we were taught when we were 'young' that we need to put as much effort into choosing a partner as we do into choosing a car or a house. I can look back on my whole 'experience' now and think "what the heck was I doing?" but -- now that my EX has been gone more than 10 years (he passed in May 1996), I can think back fondly of the memories with him.

I wish you no pain and a peaceful divorce. It all gets easier. HUGS.
