but a modified plan for me
cup coffee
Breakfast:
2 poached eggs {from my hens}
English muffin w/ honey
AM Snack:water
a couple wafer cookies
Lunch: puffed wheat cereal w/ lots of milk
snack size piece of leftover pork chop
Afternoon Snack:water
Dinner: 2 slices homemade pizza {hawaiian}
glass of wine
PM Snack: some pineapple slices
Water:
Exercise
stretches and some dancing, gardening , chores, cleaning
Cardio:
Weights:
Feeling:
