Insurance paid. BUT, they limited them saying that after a while the botox stops working. I think that's baloney - keep asking until you get them, send a certified that it definitly lowers your pain, etc., and that unless and until yours stop working you demand them. I will too. It's a nice drug-free way to lower pain, isn't it?
