I get those sometimes, too. I asked my Neuro about them once and he said they are just a result of the muscle being tired or stressed. I usually have them around the eye or mouth area. They come and go and never seem to last too long so I don't worry about them. Even though others cannot see it they feel like they are very obvious when they're happening!
