I get that too but it seems to come when I eat offensive foods.

1) gluten (the worst offender, of course)
2) deep fried food (I can tolerate some but not too much)
3) potato (I can tolerate some but not too much)

I ate too many potatoes yesterday and I'm paying for it today! When will I ever learn!!
