i wonder if i can say my hubby is a jerk?

i wonder why he doesn't think a house that is 2 blocks from the elemantary school lil'monkey went to..and is only about 4 blocks from her school now...and is bigger, so we wouldn't have to have furniture in the garage and our stuff in boxes, would "work"? did i mention it has NO STAIRS???
