I always follow weather in California since I lived in San Diego for 8 years (and boy, do I miss it!). I still go back a couple of times a year to LA, Santa Barbara, and SD.

Somehow the idea of LA shaking like a bowl of jelly in an enormous earthquake (which they say we are due for) is quite scary.
Vic, I saw footage of that tornado in Riverside County. Yikes!
I dream about retiring in So. Calif. Maybe Kona is the better choice.
