i'm still sticking to the sb. i do need more fiber, so i'll have to modify it it a little. i'm not used to the cheese. i love it, but it doesn't love me.

i think a fast is a good idea. or even just a liquid day. have your v8 and lemon water or green tea all day. i think it would be good for me too. a detox day.
