I'm not sure where to direct you, but I do think you might consider another neuro. Your doc is your employee and if he/she's not doing the job, a replacement might be in order.

We do have a search engine located in the toolbar near the top of every page, it might help you locate discussions pertaining to each of your symptoms. Please don't give up on docs, they're the ones who can help you most; it's just a matter of finding a good fit.
