Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal. the long cooking kind. (plain) and 2 egg whites, scrambled. java
AM Snack: 10 almonds and long celery stalk.
Lunch: none so far..i have a full tummy feeling.
i'm real thristy today for some reason. drinking lots of water and iced green tea. ( plain..no sweetners)
nothing much for exercise. achy neck and back. i'll do some stretches.
