Hey Keri, I'm sorry to hear you have been feeling cruddy. Swallowing prednisone pills does not sound like fun! You might try Prilosec over the counter. It's similar to prescription Nexium which is what they gave me when I was on steroids to protect my stomach. I have taken Prilosec too and found it works quite well. I hope you are feeling better soon.
