Nerve pain is my big problem. I take flax seed oil gel caps. It is supposed to help with repairing nerve injury and promoting general nerve health. I'm not sure that it is doing much for my nerves, but can't hurt, right ?

A good side effect for me is (because it is an oil ?) it seems to help with the constipation from the narcotics.
