we sound like kindred spirits in the weight dept.
i'm 5'2" and weigh 200. i got down to 183 from 223 and gained some back.
now i'm battling again. my weight has been a problem from when i was 9, that's been 50 yrs.

but i'm not quitting. i at least want to get back to my 40 lb loss.

i really know how hard it is. i commend you on the counseling. mine has helped me so much.
and having my board buds with their constant support even thru my protracted hard times; it's been a life line.

and a size 14? you're my new hero. especially since cindy is fighting her muffin top.

don't give up billie. you CAN succeed. you ARE succeeding.
