Thanks so much for your encouragment. I am trying hard, and it helps to know people are there to cheer us on. Yes, my friend we can make it. I too, am a hugger. May God bless you is my prayer. We do like to do some of the same things, like playing the work game. For awhile, I just didn't have anything to say, cause I was hurting so bad.

I don't know when my weight battle started, for I haven't always been heavy. I have always had battles to fight, some really hard ones. Losing a loved one, was a biggie, then I lost a dear friend that meant the world to me. If I could only get her trust back. I have said things, that I can't take back is my biggest problem.

Lets all take a deep breath and try even harder. We can do this and you have encouraged me. Thanks.
