i don't experience quite yours sx's but i am very heat intolerant.
it can only take 1/2 to 1 degree rise in your body temperature to trigger sx's.

i get very fatigued and very weak.
i almost feel like i can't move.
my vision starts getting blurry.

i have a cooling collar that works well but i have to be very careful in the warmer months.

i'm glad you were able to get those cooling aids.
i'd check this out with your pcp and neuro.
maybe some labwork is in order?
