im a 90/60 kinda girl. If I am in pain, or distress I can rise as high as 110/70 and my MD has always shaken his head in amazement.
My family has high BP all around, and I am the only one who doesnt. I am also the only one with MS.
I stopped smoking and it didnt change one bit. I have been smoke free for many many years now. it stays low for me.
