This is a good question because right now I am dealing with it too. I have gained 10lbs since my steroid treatment and NONE of my clothes fit me Right now to make myself feel good I wear a piece of jewlery like a necklace or pair of earrings. Even if I am in a pair of sweats and a tee I will add something to deter the eye from my added weight.

But when I am at my normal weight I would do my hair or get my toenails done to make myself feel good.
