You will do just fine.

I'm taking it easy today, had my second epidural in my neck and have
stayed pretty much on the diet. But had to go off the exercise per
doctor and nurses orders for little stuff doing today.

So that will pass tomorrow. I'm going to try and get up early and
if I don't still feel to sedated I'm going early to do some exercise,
then to PT. And then off driving to my two days of IN*SOURCE meetings.

Were I know the diet will fail for the evening meal, and then I'll
be careful the next day.
