You can buy cherry juice at a health store. Around here it is about $6.00. I drink about a third of a cup a day. It is strong flavored, no sugar, but sweet enough.
If you google anti-inflamation diet, about .com I think has a very good description. Dietitans use it for arthritis patients.
There are night shade vegetables to avoid, such as tomatoes and potatoes, etc., if you want to try the whole idea.
Also meats are considered a source of inflammation, especially red meats and pork, I believe.
