Yeah..they were talking about sweet potatoes as being good (which gives me an excuse for the BIG hunk of sweet potato pie I had today for lunch I know I have heard meat is inflammatory.. but there is NO way I can give up bacon cheeseburgers.. as my 4 yr old would say, "I wub dem berry much!". Plus... I need some kinda bad behavior with the meat, I never used to take pills and now I'm downing like 8 vitamins a day to try and heal my body. Esp, since I cannot get on the DMDs, oh well...such is my life
