I try to eat the rainbow daily! With brightly colored veggies like red peppers, spinach and carrots, etc... Also, at least two servings of fruit a day like a red apple, banana, orange, canteloupe etc... I try to do that each day and feel a lot better when I stick to it. I have fish a couple times a week too, and take fish oil supplements. The muffins I have for breakfast have flaxseed and 100% whole wheat. I also have oatmeal a few times a week, a big green salad several nights a week.
I really think it helps! It's sort of a challenge for me, getting as many nutrients into my day as possible.
(Don't forget to have dessert though.
I have two pieces of Hershey's dark chocolate with almonds twice a day.
