Lightbulb Multiple Sclerosis and sleep?

Hi from Canada. I remember sleep. It was nice and relaxing. What I do now is more like passing out, but at least it is rest to regain my energy. I break up my sleep (using the term loosely) and go to bed at 1am to about 8am. then I sleep on the couch to support my back in the afternoon for a couple hours and sometimes more. Haaaa sleep is like food, you do it so you can go do some stuff.
