I just saw a very cool seasonal idea...to make a quiche/souffle inside a baby pumpkin! The recipe called for regular flour, but looks like a basic quiche recipe. They just scooped out the seeds and used the shell. I think I'd bake it a little first, and then finish off the last 29 minutes with a gf filling...

Except that I'm allergic to squashes But maybe someone else will want to try?
